Son of A lice Maude Small; Nephew of Helena Alberta Small & Alfred Ernest Jones; Brother of Oswald E. Williams & Hector Williams (all dec.); Uncle to Janet, Bette and Er-rol (dec.); Great Uncle of He-len, Julie & Christian Grant and Owen & Susie Williams; Cousin to the A. E. Jones fam-ily and others; Dear friend and mentor of many, including Mausica Graduates among whom were Maureen & Jack Warner who cared for him in his last years.
An educator his entire working life; Recipient of the Public Ser-vice Medal of Merit (Gold) for outstanding and meritorious service.He was a former Manager of the Tacarigua Orphanage, St Michael s Home for Boys & Warden of the Mausica T eacher s Training College.
